Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals, utilizing evidence-based practices and best ethical standards.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, client notes, data, and reports for internal and external processes, adhering to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with treatment staff to ensure effective case management and staff training and development, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Exercise discretion and independent management of client services and supervision of treatment protocols, aligning with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments, designing and maintaining top-quality treatment programs that align with company philosophy and mission.
  • Engage with parents and/or caretakers in parent training for relevant treatment techniques, promoting a collaborative approach to client care.
  • Prepare and attend client educational meetings, such as IEPs, and develop treatment recommendations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Continuously update knowledge and skills to remain compliant with guidelines set forth in company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism in all client and staff interactions, upholding the company's commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

Salary Range

USD $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 / Year
