The Center for Rapid Recovery is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing culturally competent care to individuals with chemical dependence, developmental disabilities, HIV/AIDS, mental health concerns, and their families.

Our mission is to reduce health disparities among people of color and improve access to culturally and linguistically competent behavioral healthcare.

We are seeking a skilled Billing Clerk F/T to join our team in Hempstead, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Utilize accounting and finance knowledge to process healthcare billing codes and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
  • Familiarity with healthcare billing codes and procedures is a plus.
