Your Responsibilities

As a Home Health Aide, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care
  • Obtaining vital signs and other measurements as directed and documenting findings
  • Aiding with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and oral hygiene
  • Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status
Requirements

To qualify for this role, you'll need:

  • One year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience
  • Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, preferred
  • Attention to detail and ability to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition
  • Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
  • Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
