Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with therapists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Supervise and train rehabilitation therapy technicians and direct care staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide effective services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation of treatment plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, including therapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with ICF-IID regulations and state supported living center policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and skills in relevant therapeutic techniques, such as applied behavior analysis and sensory integration.
  • Ability to train staff in treatment methods and related areas.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cooperatively with others.
  • Ability to utilize personal computers and relevant software.
  • General knowledge of ICF-IID regulations and state supported living center policies and procedures.
