The key responsibilities of a Supercuts hairstylist include:

• Providing quality haircuts by utilizing the Supercuts technique
• Educating customers on how to maintain their hairstyle between salon visits and recommending suitable products
• Executing the 360 Experience to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• FOLLOWING SANITATION GUIDELINES
• Maintaining a current cosmetology license
• Attending required technical training sessions
• Participating in monthly salon meetings

To excel in this role, you will require strong customer service skills with an outgoing, confident, and professional personality. Additionally, you must have good communication and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to work flexibly and punctually.

Please note that if hired, you will be a direct employee of the franchisee, not of Regis Corporation. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $50,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
