Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Unit team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our experienced nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients on the Medical Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
- Minimum of one year of experience working as a Registered Nurse is required.
- BSN preferred.
