We are looking for a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to work in our Inpatient Psychiatric Unit. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide and coordinate care for patients with physical and behavioral health needs
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans that address patient-specific needs
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current RN license in the State of Texas or Multistate License
  • CPR and SAMA certification required
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
