Work Schedule:
Part-Time Team Members typically work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Our Security Department operates around the clock, seven days a week, with varying shifts available throughout the week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular and random inspections of the premises to safeguard against theft, vandalism, fire, and accidents.
- Maintain accurate inspection reports and records, advising management on any deficiencies and corrective actions.
- Investigate security incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities, preparing comprehensive reports that include statements and evidence from involved parties.
- Deliver exceptional guest/owner service at all times, addressing inquiries, directing traffic, and providing assistance for general problem-solving.
- Patrol the interior and exterior of the resort to identify potential security and safety risks.
- Administer basic first aid and CPR as necessary.
- Operate and monitor all security equipment, including radios and the keycard system, while logging all hard keys and visitor badges.
- Assist with key and safe operations as assigned and act as a witness during cash drops.
- Fulfill reasonable requests or special projects from the security manager or manager on duty.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience in security, military, or law enforcement
- Active state of Hawaii Security Guard Card or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to cover shifts on short notice
It would be beneficial if you also have:
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings
- CPR/First Aid/AED Certification
- Proficiency in English for effective communication, both verbally and in writing
