Production Technician

Vesuvius USA seeks a skilled Production Technician to join our team in mold assembly. The successful candidate will be responsible for reading blueprints, assembling steel shell molds and cores, and operating power equipment.

This is a production-based position that requires attention to detail, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to work independently.

• Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate mold assembly.
• Mold Assembly: Assemble steel shell molds and cores using various techniques and tools.
• Power Equipment Operation: Safely operate power equipment such as drills, saws, and sanders.
• Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to company health and safety policies and procedures.

The Production Technician will work in a fast-paced production environment with regular exposure to machinery and power tools.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Mechanical Aptitude: Strong understanding of mechanical principles and practices.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
