Toddler Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Toddler Teacher to join our team at Guidepost Montessori. As a Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the growth and development of our young students.

As a Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the unique needs and interests of our students. You will work closely with our experienced team to create a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and socialization.

• Plan and implement engaging and interactive lessons for our Toddler students
• Develop and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
• Work closely with our experienced team to create a nurturing and stimulating environment
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team

• Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development credits
• Experience working with children ages 0-3 in a group setting
• Familiarity with child-led philosophies such as Reggio Emilia or Montessori
• 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development credits
• Earned a Bachelor's Degree (any Education subject)
