This position requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our quality team in Newport News, VA. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our Sheetmetal manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Inspecting products at various stages of production, from raw materials to finished goods.
  • Conducting visual and dimensional inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
  • Identifying and documenting non-conforming products and working with production teams to resolve issues.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve quality processes and reduce defects.
  • Developing and maintaining quality documentation, including inspection reports and certifications.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality principles, practices, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
