Warehouse Runner

The Warehouse Runner is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution center. This role involves a range of tasks, from receiving and processing merchandise to stocking shipments and managing inventory.

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, receiving and processing merchandise and supplies
• Comply with delivery schedules, accurately and efficiently processing deliveries
• Execute the ticketing process according to Company standards
• Accurately and efficiently stock shipments
• Pull, prepare, and process daily orders according to requisitions generated by the stores
• Review orders for accuracy
• Utilize computer to manage accurate inventory for warehouse operations
• Identify damaged and expired products
• Implement product rotation based on product code dates in warehouse and concepts
• Follow all security and safety procedures established by the Company and Branch
• Assist in all maintenance responsibilities and activities established by the warehouse
• Maintain fixtures and equipment storage
• Assist with bin location upkeep and the physical inventory process
• Maintain HACCP charts, walk-in coolers and freezers (where applicable)

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers. You will also need to be able to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner. Additionally, you will need to be able to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions, and lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
