Responsibilities
  • Coordinate pharmacy operations to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients across various departments, including General Medicine/Surgical, Intensive Care Services, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, Emergency Care, Oncology, Peri-operative, Geriatrics, and Outpatient Services.
  • Work under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
Requirements
  • Current state Registered Pharmacist License.
  • Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred.
  • B.S. degree in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
  • BLS and ACLS certification preferred.
