Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Straightening Operator to join our team at Rockford Ball Screw Company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for straightening product to facilitate proper machining to meet customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review routers for part processing and locate materials to be processed
  • Straighten parts with the Straightening Press to required tolerances
  • Meet or improve production standards and report production time accurately and timely
  • Maintain quality standards and complete routing paperwork
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow safety rules and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education required
  • Forklift Truck training and certificate preferred
  • 1 year machine operator experience preferred
