Job Title: Salon Receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salon Receptionist to join our team at Blo Blow Dry Bar. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage appointment schedules, including checking in guests, updating bookings, and ensuring timely starts and ends
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including restocking supplies and keeping the space tidy
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling payments and reconciliations as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, stylists, and management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and peak hours
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and ability to learn new systems quickly
