Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled Electrician 3 to join our expanding installation team. This role is eligible for a sign-on bonus and requires a Journeyman or Master Electrician license.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise job sites and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  2. Provide mentorship and training to junior electricians.
  3. Act as a crew leader or foreman when necessary.
  4. Install, maintain, modify, and repair electrical distribution systems and related equipment.
  5. Identify and locate underground electrical utilities for various projects.
  6. Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit as required.
  7. Troubleshoot electrical issues and recommend effective solutions.
  8. Utilize hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment for installations and service tasks.
  9. Inspect and test components of electrical systems, including transformers and switch gears.
  10. Oversee inspections and repairs of main power distribution systems and panel boards.
  11. Manage repairs to line voltage for HVAC systems.
  12. Document and report faults, deficiencies, and unusual occurrences, along with time and materials used.
  13. Conduct tests and inspections to evaluate the quality and performance of equipment and services.
  14. Respond to emergencies involving power and backup systems failures.
  15. Communicate job status, issues, and recommendations effectively to management.
  16. Provide thorough documentation of work performed.
  17. Operate a company vehicle in compliance with local laws.
  18. Adhere to safety protocols and report any hazards to maintain a secure working environment.

Qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma or GED.
  2. A minimum of 8 years of experience in the electrical field or a related area.
  3. Possession of a Master Electrician license or equivalent training and experience.
  4. A valid driver's license in good standing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working within data center environments.
