Job Overview:
Provider Solutions & Development is seeking a skilled TeleNeurohospitalist to join their team. This remote position offers a unique opportunity for board-certified or eligible Neurologists to work with Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, Washington.

Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $241,920, based on a 12-hour shift rate of $2,016. In addition to competitive pay, providers may be eligible for productivity incentives, call pay, and quality/service incentives.

About the Role:
As a TeleNeurohospitalist, you will provide high-quality patient care through telemedicine platforms. Your daily duties will include TeleNeurohospitalist rounding, working collaboratively with onsite clinical staff, and participating in multidisciplinary teams. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.

Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this position, you must have a current California medical license and board certification in Vascular Neurology and/or Neurocritical Care. Telemedicine experience is preferred, but not required. You should also be proficient in using electronic health records (EHRs) and other telemedicine platforms.
