Job Title: Travel Respiratory Therapist

Vibra Travels is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in Erie, Pennsylvania.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a critical care setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients in a critical care setting
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Conduct respiratory assessments and make recommendations for treatment
  • Monitor and maintain patient records and reports
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a Respiratory Therapy program
  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Respiratory Therapist or Certified Respiratory Therapist in the state of employment
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • One (1) year critical care and/or artificial airway and ventilator care experience preferred

Work Environment:

This is a 13-week travel assignment with 36 hours per week. The shift is 12 hours, nights.

Per Federal Health Care Worker Vaccine Requirements, all employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or be approved for a valid religious or medical exemption.

Unvaccinated employees on an approved exemption must submit to weekly COVID-19 testing and wear a respirator at all times while in the facility.

Some states and locations require increased frequency testing pursuant to state regulations.
