About the Position

Hendrick Luxury Collision Center is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Refinisher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying finish coats to vehicles and ensuring a high-quality finish.

Main Responsibilities

  • Apply finish coats to vehicles using specialized equipment
  • Ensure a high-quality finish by following factory and Collision Center standards
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in automotive refinishing
  • Valid driver's license
  • Demonstrated expertise in finishing techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Estimated Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
