Job Description

Role Summary & Skillset:

We are looking for a talented Recruiting and Onboarding Expert to join our team at TekSpark. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to configure application components, develop reports, and implement innovative solutions using Oracle Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support project managers and clients through effective communication, issue resolution, and project coordination.
  • Maintain expertise in Recruiting and Onboarding modules, as well as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Contribute to business development activities, identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to capture them.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Possess higher education and relevant experience in the field.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects and maintaining client relationships.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary:$90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
