  • Evaluation and Assessment
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the impact and effectiveness of museum programs and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • 4-year College degree, preferably in business, education, museum studies, or a related field.
  • Work Experience
    • 10+ years in the education sector, preferably in early childhood education, with at least five years focused on the business administration side of education.
  • Skills
    • Demonstrates a history of success in grant writing and fundraising.
    • Creates strategic business plans and designs successful marketing campaigns.
    • Strong business organization skills, including creating and reviewing financial documents.
    • Excellent communication skills, including both writing and public speaking.
    • Expert knowledge of Microsoft programs, QuickBooks, and other relevant software.
Compensation and Benefits

$75,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package.
