- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Completion of a Patient Care Technician program or equivalent medical background experience
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs
- Strong sense of accountability for improving patient outcomes
- Exceptional focus on teamwork and dedication to ongoing education
- Experience or certification in phlebotomy and EKG
- At least one year of PCT or CNA experience in a hospital setting
