Job Overview

Schneider is seeking a skilled Regional Van Truckload Driver to join our team. As a Regional Van Truckload Driver, you will be responsible for hauling freight across the eastern 37 states, with a high volume of predictable power lanes.

Our Regional Van Truckload Drivers enjoy consistent freight, allowing for maximum drive time and less downtime. With 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight, you'll have more time on the road and less time spent loading and unloading.

Compensation and Benefits

As a Regional Van Truckload Driver, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including mileage pay, hourly pay while on duty, and weekly performance pay. You'll also receive paid orientation, paid time off after 6 months, and 6 days of holiday pay per year.

In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, Schneider offers a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, and unlimited referral bonuses.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you must have a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a HazMat endorsement. A passport, FAST card, or Enhanced CDL can also open up more opportunities.
