Key Responsibilities:
This position requires a highly skilled and dedicated professional to work with students, teachers, and parents to provide mental health support and educational services. Key responsibilities include:
  • Performing psycho-educational assessments to identify student needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet student needs
  • Providing counseling and therapy services to students and their families
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement behavioral intervention plans
  • Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed
  • Staying up-to-date with best practices in school psychology and adhering to state and federal regulations

Required Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Master's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Experience working with pediatric and adolescent populations
  • Current State licensure or certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Compensation: The estimated annual salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000, depending on experience.
