Key Responsibilities
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional patient care? If so, this role may be for you. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting patients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, oral care, and grooming.
- Responding promptly to patient calls and providing timely assistance to enhance their well-being.
- Participating in regular patient rounds.
- Transporting patients to various treatment areas as needed and assisting with their mobility.
- Ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance of medical equipment and patient areas.
- Keeping patient rooms organized and tidy, including bed-making.
- Maintaining inventory levels of supplies and equipment as directed.
To excel in this role, you should demonstrate a strong understanding of patient needs, ensuring that each individual feels valued and understood. You should be dedicated to providing high-quality care and possess problem-solving skills to thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience (3+ years).
- BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Previous experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant, or relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
