Pharmacy Pre-Graduate Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Pre-Grad Intern to join our team at Walmart. As a Pharmacy Pre-Grad Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment while completing your pharmacy education.

• Assist with processing prescription and over-the-counter orders and purchases
• Stock and secure pharmacy supplies and merchandise
• Enter prescription information and fill prescriptions
• Provide excellent customer service by acknowledging customers, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions
• Operate cash registers and related tools to process customer purchases
• Receive and stock merchandise/supplies from distribution centers and suppliers
• Maintain the pharmacy area in accordance with company policies and procedures

• Enrolled in an accredited pharmacy school
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
