About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Select Medical. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support to the hospital pharmacy function, ensuring the efficient and safe distribution of medications.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient medication therapy and participate in patient drug therapy monitoring.
  • Develop and participate in new employee training and education programs to promote continuous quality improvement.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient-centered care and promote an environment of continuous quality improvement.
Requirements
  • Current State licensure as a Pharmacist.
  • Successful completion of all educational requirements as mandated for state licensure.
  • BLS certification if required by State.
