- Ensure Safety and Compliance: Partner with the community team to maintain a safe and compliant environment, adhering to OSHA requirements and promoting risk management programs.
- Dedication to Serving Seniors: Possess a genuine passion for serving seniors and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Positive Attitude and Flexibility: Demonstrate a positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to perform various duties in service to residents.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with some states requiring additional certifications or licenses.
- Previous Experience Working with Seniors: Preferably have previous experience working with seniors, with a strong understanding of their needs and preferences.
- Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and act in the best interest of residents.
