Chem-Dry of Lake Tahoe is seeking a skilled Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional carpet cleaning services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a truck to multiple pre-set appointments in the Truckee and North Lake Tahoe area.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their expectations.
- Become an expert in carpet cleaning techniques, stain removal, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Clean carpets, upholstery, tile, stone, hardwood floors, and granite countertops.
Requirements
- No experience necessary, as we provide paid training.
- Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Friendly, engaging, and people-focused with a clean-cut, professional appearance.
- Honest, dependable, and mature with attention to detail.
- Basic math skills and ability to lift and carry 100 pounds.
- Driver's license and clean driving record (insurable).
