Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and serve hot and cold food orders, including coffee and espresso drinks, sandwiches, and other menu items.
  • Process cash transactions, handle customer concerns, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, coffee bar, and/or cashiering/money handling.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
