Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Center Store Associate to join our team. As a key member of our grocery team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of productivity, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restock and maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed productivity standards, ensuring efficient and effective use of time.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly and 60 pounds occasionally, as well as stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous retail or grocery experience.
  • Ability to learn and operate a cash register and other point-of-sale systems.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
