**Job Title:** Security Guard

At J&J Management Services LLC, we are seeking a reliable and people-oriented individual to work as a Security Guard at our High-end Property Guard House.

Job Summary:

We are looking for someone who is dependable, adaptable, and enjoys interacting with people. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for checking in owners, guests, and deliveries, monitoring walk-ins, and ensuring the front entrance is clean and neat.

About the Job:

This part-time position requires flexibility, with weekend shifts available. You will work 8-hour shifts, with the possibility of earning tips. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and prior experience in customer service or security is beneficial.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $15.00 - $16.00 per hour, plus opportunities for supplemental pay through tips. We also offer flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work independently, have excellent communication skills, and be able to adapt to changing situations. Prior experience as a security guard or in a related field is preferred, but not required.
