Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Northeast Georgia Health System, Inc. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality CT scans and X-ray procedures, working independently and effectively with others, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT and X-ray equipment according to equipment specifications, adhering to infection control and safety practices.
  • Produce high-quality images consistently within established protocols, maintaining processors and diagnosing processing problems.
  • Assess patients according to exam ordered, documenting in patient records and providing patient education pertinent to the exam.
  • Comply with RIS standards, accurately and completely utilizing the system according to department standards.
  • Meet productivity standards defined by the department and participate in training of new staff and students.
Requirements
  • Current ARRT licensure and a high school diploma or GED.
  • Graduate of an accredited ARRT program.
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a CT Technologist.
