Key Responsibilities- Assist in maintaining a safe and supportive environment for residents, ensuring their physical, social, and psychological needs are met.
- Monitor and document resident care according to treatment plans prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Administer medications as directed, maintaining a secure and organized medicine supply room.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and adherence to company policies and procedures.
