KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Sales Performance: Achieve company sales targets by employing effective sales strategies and sharing product insights with customers. Assist customers in selecting merchandise that aligns with their preferences and needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about current promotions and pricing strategies, maintaining high standards in merchandise presentation and handling.
  • Customer Experience: Exemplify the principles of outstanding personal service, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience for all customers. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Checkout Efficiency: Facilitate a swift and accurate register process, remaining knowledgeable about payment policies, coupon usage, returns, and security protocols.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate a loyal customer base through personalized communication and engagement, utilizing customer records to maintain ongoing relationships.
  • Store Operations: Support inventory replenishment efforts to ensure the store remains well-stocked. Assist in visual merchandising tasks, including floor layouts and signage, as directed.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, actively participating in problem-solving and seeking opportunities for personal growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or equivalent required. Previous retail or sales experience is preferred. Candidates must be at least 18 years old. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential. Ability to adapt to technology and maintain organizational skills in a dynamic environment is necessary. Regular attendance is crucial to meet operational needs.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This role requires constant walking and standing, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. The ability to climb frequently is also necessary.
