We're a live action gaming company that offers a unique experience for our employees. Our Game Master/Customer Service Reps, also known as Brainstorm Troopers, play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience.

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Brainstorm Trooper. As a Brainstorm Trooper, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, guiding customers through our themed rooms, and maintaining a clean facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude
  • Guide customers through our themed rooms and provide hints when needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized facility
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Fix issues that arise during live events
Requirements
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Customer service background and experience
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Some proficiency with technology and ability to learn new systems
  • Quick learner and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Shows initiative and personal accountability
  • Creative problem-solving skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $9 per hour, typically 6-20 hours per week. Our ideal candidate has some late morning or afternoon availability, as well. If you're a team player with excellent customer service skills, we encourage you to apply.
