Benevis is a leading provider of dental care services, and we're seeking a highly skilled Orthodontic Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our orthodontic team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide compassionate and personalized care to patients, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with our professional dental staff to prepare patients for examination and treatment, taking x-rays and saving them to patient charts.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene instruction and provide postoperative guidance to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Assist with tray set-ups, mixing amalgam, cement, and pulp paste, as well as preparing impression materials.
  • Ensure the operational readiness of our dental equipment and instruments, adhering to strict sterilization and disinfection protocols.
  • Document patient information, treatment plans, and procedures in patient charts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements:
  • Orthodontic or Dental Assistant Certification (State dependent)
  • Preferred at least 1 year of experience in Orthodontic Assisting
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory
  • Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
  • Compassion and high level of service for patients, parents, and staff
  • Integrity and reliability in all aspects of work
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
