Job Description

The Director of Human Resources will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies that support our mission and goals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex HR functions, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Manage the HR budget and ensure that all HR expenses are aligned with our business goals.
  • Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring that they have the skills and training needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or human resources or related fields.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a management role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, including applicable wage and hour requirements.
