We are seeking an exceptional Site Director to lead our resort operations in Clermont, Florida.

Job SummaryThe Site Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our resort, ensuring that all aspects of the property meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and direction to our team members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our guests and residents receive exceptional service, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Operations: Oversee the management of our resources, including staff, buildings, and amenities, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Marketing: Partner with our marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract new residents and guests.
- Finance: Prepare and manage the operational budget of the property, identifying opportunities to drive revenue and control expenses.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of resort or property management experience, preferably in a large manufactured housing, RV, or multi-site setting.
- Skills: Proven leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications.
