Senior Network Architect

At Region 7 Consortium, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer III to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and administering our Wide Area Network and Local Area Network, ensuring optimal network performance and security.

• Design and administer complex network infrastructures, ensuring fault-tolerance and redundancy for maximum uptime.
• Manage and oversee security policies and configurations for our network.
• Collaborate with Regional ISO and Network Security Specialist to improve our security posture.
• Provide leadership to team members for complex changes and ensure seamless execution.
• Develop and implement network designs, recommendations, and assistance for LEA's improvements to their LAN.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on security and performance.
• Current certifications such as Network+, PenTest+, Security+, CySA+, SSCP, CNSP, CNVP, CSAP, CCNA, CCIE, JNCIA, JNCIS, ACSA, CMA, CWNA, PCNSA.
