Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Private Duty Nurse LPN to join our team. As a Private Duty Nurse LPN, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner
  • Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease management
  • Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
Requirements
  • Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • TB skin test (within the last 12 months)
  • 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation
