Flexologist (Stretch Professional) PTA, OTA, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sport Conditioning

We're seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our team as Flexologists at StretchLab in Green Hills, TN. As a Flexologist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional stretching experiences to our clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and lead guided group stretching classes for up to 6 clients
- Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions, fostering a positive and supportive environment
- Build and retain client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensure client safety by enforcing proper stretch techniques and adhering to StretchLab's safety policies and procedures
- Participate in staff meetings and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on the latest stretching techniques and industry developments
- Handle client concerns and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with sales associates and the General Manager to drive studio growth and sales
- Maintain a strong social media presence to engage with clients and promote StretchLab's services
- Clean and maintain equipment to ensure it's always available for client use
- Passion for boutique fitness and a love of stretching, mobility, and flexibility
- Preferred background in massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, Pilates, or yoga instruction
- Experience working in a fitness or health environment, providing hands-on training to clients
- Fitness certification required
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to create a welcoming environment for clients of all ages and abilities
- Flexibility to attend our 3-day Flexologist Training Program, which includes online tutorials and in-person/hands-on training
