Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services.

  • Build and image physical Windows 10 desktop PCs and laptops.
  • Utilize migration tools to track and coordinate PC builds.
  • Assist with inventory management to ensure migration tasks are met.
  • Install hardware at user desks and hand over laptops to users.
  • Provide technical support post-migration.
  • Resolve Windows 10 issues via the support ticket management system.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of Windows 10.
