Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting. As a RN, you will utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring that each resident receives individualized attention and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies
  • Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans as needed, and communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel, ensuring safe and efficient care delivery
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program, with a Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice, with multistate licensure a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing patient needs and adapting to changing situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy, compassion, and respect for patients and families
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
