Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of design professionals and technicians to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Mentor and supervise staff to develop high-performing project teams.
  • Perform business development/application tasks to increase project wins and develop long-lasting client relationships.
  • Assist senior engineers/designers with developing and managing project scope, budget, staffing, and schedule.
  • Perform complex engineering design tasks on assigned wastewater-related projects through collaboration with various technical disciplines.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, preferably for conveyance and water infrastructure design projects.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain license within 6 months.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, market knowledge, business acumen, and innovative ideas.
