Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve desired outcomes.
- Participate in patient and family education, promoting health literacy and empowering patients to take an active role in their care.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality, identifying and reporting potential risks and near misses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, demonstrating empathy and respect in all interactions.
- Current professional RN license issued and/or recognized by the state Board of Nursing for the State of employment.
- BLS from AHA
- ACLS from AHA
- PALS from AHA
- Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) or equivalent required (AB508 and SB1299)
- Two (2) years' experience preferred in the area applied for.
- In-depth knowledge of best practices in area/specialty applied for.
- Adaptable to changing work schedules and patient needs.
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
- A competitive salary range of $43.41-$60.79 (ER).
