Job Title: Licensed Clinical Manager

At Northern Children's Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Clinical Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating the clinical and operational processes of our Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of clinicians and support staff.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and agency policies.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a clinical or mental health field.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Manager (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
  • At least 4 years of experience in human service organizations, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent working knowledge of clinical issues related to children, adolescents, and families.
  • Good working knowledge of other systems that affect the Behavioral Health consumer.
