Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Automation Engineer with a robust background in automation programming across diverse projects from inception to implementation. This role presents an excellent opportunity for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute PLC and HMI programming, along with commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of machinery, production lines, and conveyor systems.
  • Integrate various instruments including pressure sensors, load cells, and flow meters.
  • Operate safely near different voltage levels such as 24VDC, 120VAC, and 480VAC, both single-phase and three-phase.
  • Interpret electrical schematics and documentation for customized machines and systems.
  • Configure control components like VFDs, servo drives, machine vision systems, and robot controllers.
  • Utilize manuals effectively for the installation, programming, and troubleshooting of components.
  • Develop OEM manuals, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Provide operator training and technical guidance to users.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • Conduct troubleshooting to trace problems to their source and implement solutions.
  • Ensure that installed products meet quality standards and project specifications.
  • Adhere to quality control protocols and checklists.
  • Learn to identify and communicate design modifications to team members.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Automation Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in PLC Programming.
