Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Store Environment: Ensure the sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room are clean, organized, and safe for customers.
  • Follow Company Policies and Procedures: Adhere to company guidelines to ensure the safety of all associates and customers.
  • Assist with Product Launches: Help with product launch changes according to company SOP.
  • Provide a Great Customer Experience: Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model, including processing transactions quickly and accurately, resolving customer service-related issues, and driving credit and loyalty member programs.
  • Meet Physical Requirements: Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for long periods, lifting, and bending.
Requirements
  • Education: High School or Equivalent
  • Experience: 0-2 years of relevant job experience, with a minimum of 6 months of experience in retail or a related field.
  • Technology Skills: Proficient in the use of technology, including iPads and registers.
  • Availability: Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
