- Utilize janitorial equipment and tools for snow and ice removal from pathways and entrances to maintain safe access.
- Conduct daily cleaning operations, including classrooms, cafeterias, gymnasiums, and other assigned spaces, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Set up rooms for various group activities and school functions.
- Complete work orders and manage documentation related to the role, including ordering necessary supplies in advance.
- Respond to urgent situations, evaluating their severity and notifying the appropriate departments.
- Ensure the security of facilities by managing access, including unlocking buildings and setting alarm systems.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical capability to lift up to 60 pounds, climb ladders, and work at elevated heights.
Work Schedule:
- Full-Time: Regular hours at designated locations.
- Part-Time: Flexible hours across multiple locations with an hourly compensation structure.
